If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.  We respectfully reserve the right to refuse to service to anyone, at any time, in our discretion.  We also reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions.

Operations
This website and the products offered here are created by St. Clair Scents located in Whiting, Vermont.  Our products are available exclusively through our website.  We do not operate a retail store open to the public.  Our online store is hosted by SquareSpace.

Ingredients/Products
We craft our fragrances from the highest grade oils, absolutes and aroma molecules available to us. Our scents are free of phthalates, parabens, and are not tested on animals. Our creations are not for consumption and are not to be used internally.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearance and colors of our products.  We cannot guarantee that any product’s actual color will be accurately depicted when viewed on a user’s computer monitor.

Returns
Our perfumes are bespoke, bottled-to-order creations and cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.  If you are not certain a scent will suit your needs or desires, we offer small samples of our scents for purchase.   

Safety
The user is solely responsible for the safe use of our products. We assume no responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products.  Please see the Safety section of our website for proper use of our perfumes.

Limitation of Liability
St. Clair Scents will not be liable for any damages of any kind that result from the use of this website or the use or misuse of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of this website and our products represents your agreement to hold harmless St. Clair Scents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorneys' fees.
